Is there a minimum amount of replenishment cycles?
Yes, all subscription purchases require a minimum commitment of two replenishment cycles.
How do I access my subscription account?
You can access your subscription account through your store login (found under “My Account” on the top right of our website).
If you haven’t created an account yet, simply sign up using the same email address you used at checkout. Once you’re logged in, head to 'Subscriptions' to view and manage your subscription
How do I cancel the order?
To cancel your subscription, just log in to your customer portal, head to the Subscriptions tab, select Manage subscription, click on Edit for the product you want to cancel, and then scroll all the way down to 'Cancel Subscription'.
What if I want my order immediately?
To place an order immediately, just log in to your customer portal, head to the Subscriptions tab, select 'Next Order' and click on 'Send Now'
What is I want to skip my order?
To skip an order, just log in to your customer portal, head to the Subscriptions tab, select 'Next Order' and click on 'Skip'
What if I want to reschedule my order?
To reschedule an order, just log in to your customer portal, head to the Subscriptions tab, select 'Next Order' and click on 'Reschedule.' You can choose the delivery date as per your preference
What if I want to change my subscription frequency?
To amend your subscription frequency, just log in to your customer portal, head to the Subscriptions tab, select Manage subscription, click on Edit for the prodct you want to amend, and update the shipment frequency to any of the available options
What if I want to swap my product with another one?
To swap your product with another one, just log in to your customer portal, head to the Subscriptions tab, select Manage subscription, click on Edit for the prodct you want to swap, and then scroll all the way down to 'Swap this for a different product.'
How do I change my address?
To change your address, just log in to your customer portal, head to the Subscriptions tab, select 'Account' and click on 'Manage Address'
How do I change my payment method?
To change your payment method, just log in to your customer portal, head to the Subscriptions tab, select 'Account' and click on 'Manage Payment Methods'
Is Save & Subscribe deactivated during promotions?
Yes, to keep the shopping experience seamless and prevent any pricing or discount conflicts, the “Subscribe & Save” option is temporarily unavailable during promotional periods, including sales, special offers, and discount events.
