Shipping of pre-ordered products starts only on the dates mentioned on the product page.

What is Navidium Shipping Insurance?
We understand how frustrating it is when something happens to your order, so we’ve partnered with Navidium to provide added peace of mind. Navidium Shipping Insurance helps cover your order in the event it is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
How can I add Navidium Shipping Insurance to my order?
Navidium Shipping Insurance is auto-added to your cart to protect your package. No action needed if you'd like to keep it. If you prefer to opt out, just remove it at checkout. However, we recommend keeping it for quick, hassle-free resolutions.
How does Navidium Shipping Insurance work?
If your insured order is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, Navidium’s claims team will work to either replace the items or issue a refund based on your preference. Claims are typically reviewed and resolved within 1 to 2 business days after filing.

How does Navidium process reorders or refunds?
Reorders: Navidium will reorder items when possible, based on stock availability. If the item is out of stock, you’ll receive a refund. The insurance fee itself is non-refundable.
Refunds: If your claim is approved for a refund, Navidium covers the subtotal, shipping, and taxes (if applicable).
When Should I File a Claim?
Marked as Delivered (Stolen): Claims can be filed between 5 and 30 calendar days from when the package is marked as delivered. In some cases, a police report may be required.
Stuck In Transit (Lost): For domestic orders, claims can be filed between 2 and 30 calendar days from the last tracking update.
For international orders, claims are accepted between 20 and 30 calendar days from the last update. The maximum time to file a claim is 365 days from the order date.
Damaged: Claims for damaged items must be filed within 30 calendar days from delivery and must include photos of the item and packaging.
What if my order never arrives or is stolen?
Navidium covers both of these situations. To protect your order, ensure you've added Navidium Shipping Insurance at checkout.

Returns, Replacement, Cancellations
We regret to inform you that we don't accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests on our products at this time. Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel orders or modify addresses.
However, we have partnered with Navidium to offer you package protection on your purchase. We strongly suggest you opt for Navidium Shipping Insurance to cover any loss or damages in transit. For any order-related queries or concerns, feel free to contact us at you@indewild.com within 24 hours of receiving the order. We're here to work together to find a solution.
Please note that all orders are Final Sale during indē wild sales on our site, and therefore are not eligible for refunds, replacements, returns or exchanges unless damaged (and notified within 24 hours of receiving the order). If you placed an order before a sale went live, we cannot cancel, modify, or price match it to the sale price.

Will you give me a return, replacement or refund if I bought a product through an authorized retailer?
Unfortunately we cannot provide returns, replacements or refunds for products purchased at another retailer. If you purchased indē wild products from an authorized retailer, please reach out to them for assistance.
Will I get a replacement if my product arrives damaged?
If you did not opt for Navidium shipping insurance and your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at you@indewild.com with your order number, an unboxing video or a clear photo of the item’s condition, and the batch number. The batch number is printed on the outer box and on the product itself—usually on the back or bottom.
While we can’t guarantee replacements without insurance, we review such cases individually and will do our best to offer a fair resolution. If the product is confirmed to be damaged, we will issue a replacement.
