Will I get a replacement if my product arrives damaged?

If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product at you@indewild.com (10 am to 6 pm EST Mon-Fri) with your order number and an unboxing video of the order or a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. In case of a refund, we will refund the full order value minus the shipping cost as store credit.
